WVCA Watershed Resource Center "Losing Ground" Display Rain Barrels were utilized as an outreach tool for stormwater management and to store the trees. Conservation District and WV Sediment and Erosion Control Contact information was distributed to those with questions and workshop attendees. Many were assisted with technical advice from the Conservation Specialists. The trees were wrapped, tied in plastic bags, put in a protective tube, and distributed in a recyclable grocery bag with planting instructions and the "Losing Ground" web page information was attached to each bag.
