 The West Virginia Conservation Agency hosted a Rain Barrel Workshop, sponsored by the Potomac Valley Conservation District in Romney, WV.  
The Rain Barrels were FREE! The workshop included one ready-made Rain Barrel for each participant, instructions on how to use a Rain Barrel at your own home, along with tips for other water conservation practices to save you money and also the environment. The guest speaker was Lou Scavnicky, President of the Opequon Creek Project Team.
